This square Ganaching Kit helps you to ganache a sponge cake with ease. You can achieve a smooth, tall, professional finish with sharp edges, no matter what your skill level is. No mess, no fuss !!    
You will be able to ganache 4 different size cakes with the 1 liner set.

THIS SQUARE GANACHING KIT WILL BE 1 SET THAT WILL WORK IN A 6 INCH, 7 INCH, 8 INCH & 9 INCH TIN AND TO BE USED WITH A 5 INCH, 6 INCH, 7 INCH & 8 INCH SPONGE CAKE.

The liner will be sold as a Set - The set will include

• 4 Printed right angle height guided Liners
• 4 clipit clips
• 2 large Piping Bags
• 4 Sets of foam spacers ( each cut to side for each side of your tin)
• 6"/7"/8"/9" Square reusable Non-Stick Liner for base of tin
• A food grade Foam Spacer to give you the correct thickness of ganache

Our Ganaching Kits™ are now mostly used with Butter Ganache which is simple to make and is quick to use with the Kit. It also sets in the fridge in 2-3 hours. All chocolate can be used and the ratio is the same for all chocolate - 2 parts chocolate to 1 part real butter.

The Kit can also be used with cream ganache, buttercream, swiss meringue buttercream, jelly/gelatine and cheesecakes. All ratio recipes can be found in the photo reel here, or on our Instagram page.

Every Liner is Reusable, Recyclable and made from Food Grade Plastic and is  BPA FREE* in accordance with FCC- Europe
