Fractal Pure CMC Powder ( Tylo Powder ) 50g

Fractal MASSTEX Pure CMC is a premium quality, additive free thickener and anti caking agent. You can use it to create gum/flower paste by addng it to Sugar Paste.

Suitable for bonding in ice creams, can be used as a primrary ingredient in gels, an ingredient in covering and flower pastes or as a stabilisator in creams among others.

Add 1 - 3 teaspoons of Tylo powder to 1lb of Sugar Paste, nead well and let sit overnight.
