• Level off the ganache before you set it
• Clean up and smooth out that seam
• Fill and smooth any gaps at the bottom
• If you knock that sharp top edge we have the scraper for that too

Made from durable stainless steel, these scrapers can be washed in warm soapy water and are dishwasher safe.
