The Kit can be used with dark, milk and white chocolate ganache. For white and milk ganache pop it in the freezer to set quicker and harder for 4-5 hours.
Dark Chocolate Ganache - 2:1 single cream Milk Chocolate Ganache - 3:1 single cream White Chocolate Ganache - 4:1 single cream
It can also be used with butter ganache, this sets in the fridge within 3 hours Dark Chocolate Ganache - 2:1 Milk Chocolate Ganache - 2:1 White Chocolate Ganache - 2:1
Also buttercream, swiss meringue buttercream, jelly/gelatine and cheesecakes
The Kit comes with -
- A height guided Liner, all Liners are 7 inches high
- A non stick reusable disc to line the bottom of your tin
- A clipit to secure the overlap of the liner
- A ganache squeeze bottle
- A food grade Foam Spacer to give you the correct thickness of ganache
Every Liner is Reusable, Recyclable and made from Food Grade Plastic and is BPA FREE* in accordance with FCC- Europe

* When purchasing your Kit, you need to pick a liner which is a size up from the sponge you want to ganache. So for an 8 inch cake you will want to buy a 9 inch liner and use it with a 9 inch tin.
